AN 8-WEEK ONLINE CLASS TO LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF MEDITATION AND HOW TO DEVELOP A SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE.
There is so much wisdom in the many meditation traditions, but it’s difficult to know where to start or what practices are the most useful to focus on.
I will give you a precise map and show you how to use those tools to become more present, to be able to focus on what’s most important, to become happier.
Course structure
This is an 8-week live virtual class that meets once a week for 90 minutes to teach you the fundamentals of how to set up a meditation practice and keep with it. The course teaches you core techniques from the Unified Mindfulness system as well as techniques I have found as useful extensions, and gives you tools that can transform your life.
